摘要:根据专业人才培养方案要求,在实训过程中设计了科研课题和化学实验相结合的新型前处理方法的开发和应用的综合性实验。实验设计中以甲基睾酮为研究对象,结合科研项目制备新型前处理材料,与大型检测仪器联用进行兽药残留项目训练。学生通过查阅资料、实验设计和讨论、实验实施和总结反思,增加了对实验设计和操作的信心,提高对大型化学检测仪器的操作能力和结果分析能力,促进学生成为“德、规、技”兼备的高素质应用型技术技能人才。

The Design and Practice of the Comprehensive Training Project of the Food Testing Specialty Combined with the Scientific Research Subject

Abstract:According to the requirements of the training scheme for professional talents, a comprehensive experiment for the development and application of a new pretreatment method combining scientific research project and chemical experiment was designed in the course of practical training. In the experimental design, methyl testosterone was taken as the research object, new pretreatment materials were prepared in combination with scientific research projects, and veterinary drug residue training was carried out in combination with large detection instruments. Through consulting materials, experimental design and discussion, experimental implementation and summary and reflection, students have increased their confidence in experimental design and operation, improved their operational ability and result analysis ability of large-scale chemical testing instruments, and promoted them to become high-quality application-oriented technical talents with both “morality, rules and technology”.
